NEW SERVICE CONTRACT WON AT MANCHESTER AIRPORT
A private jet business based at Manchester Airport has won a service contract with Canadian aircraft manufacturer Bombardier. This will see Ocean Sky's Manchester's maintenance operation become an authorised Bombardier service facility.
The Manchester site was previously known as Northern Executive Aviation (NEA) until Ocean Sky bought the business last summer. It employs 65 people and is the only high-end private aviation maintenance facility at Manchester Airport. Its two hangars cover more than 3000 sq metres and are able to accommodate four long-range jets.
