With the unfortunate dimise of the XL Leisure group affecting so many people we thought we had better post something on our blog to help people get to the correct pages in order to process any claims.

Should you be affected and have booked direct with XL then unfortunately you are unable to put a claim in. However if you have booked through an ATOL registered agent of XL such as Travel City Direct, Cruise City, Excel Holidays, The Florida Sky Train, Transatlantic Vacations or Travel City International then you can make a claim.
