Park and Ride Airport Parking Explained
Park and Ride Airport Parking is the more traditional form of Airport Parking and has been around since the dawm of time. A lot cheaper than meet and greet but more time consuming.
After placing your booking you will be emailed your booking voucher (so please ensure you provide a valid email address) This booking voucher will contain the sddress of your chosen Manchester Airport Parking provider along with a link to our site where you can obtain directions. This voucher needs to be retained and handed over at the car park.
Instead of driving direct to the Manchester Airport Terminal with Park and Ride you have to make your way to the car park itself.
When you arrive you will check in at the main reception and have your baggage loaded on to one of the dedicated transfer coaches. Some companies will attempt to fill up their coaches before taking you to the airport. MF Airport Parking car parks do not. ALl of our car parks run dedicated transfer coaches to avoid any waiting around (As much as possible)
Once you have boarded the coach you will be taken to your departure terminal. On the way your driver will explain the procedure for your return. Generally after clearing customs you will be asked to call the car park on the number provider and the transfer coach will be despatched to return you to your vehicle.
Upon arriving back at the car park your vehicle will be waiting for you to collect.
Park and Ride is generally much cheaper than meet and greet and suits young couples, bargain hunters or people who prefer to see the car park where their car will be stored.
